INNER JOIN MYTABLE2
ON MYTABLE.Id = MYTABLE2.Id
The best performance is JOIN
SELECT MYTABLE.Name, MYTABLE2.Age
FROM MYTABLE
INNER JOIN MYTABLE2
ON MYTABLE.Id = MYTABLE2.Id
